Scott Lachance, SR/WA

Founder & CEO

Born and raised in Maine, Scott has been working in the Right of Way industry for over twenty years. Disciplines include transportation, electric, telecom and renewables.

Scott is an active member and Past President of the International Right of Way Association’s New England Chapter 16. He received his SR/WA designation from the IRWA in 2009.

He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from the University of Southern Maine and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Husson University.

Scott is a Maine licensed Real Estate Broker, Notary Public and Dedimus Justice.

Haley Lachance

Co-founder

Haley has excellent administrative skills and experience in land use permitting with a regional land use planning agency. Title research and analysis is a regular part of Haley’s daily work.

She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Wildlife and Conservation Biology from the University of Rhode Island. Haley is a Maine Notary Public.
